Programme Overview

The Earniversity Fast Track Challenge aimed to equip young people with essential employability, entrepreneurship and impact skills to positively impact their lives, their families, and their communities as a whole.

Over a five-week intensive programme that ran in August '24,  20 young participants embarked on a journey through various modules covering entrepreneurial strategies, money-earning techniques, and mindset development. Out of the 20 participants, 16 successfully completed the programme, demonstrating significant growth in skills such as Content Creation, Reselling, In-person Services, Freelancing, and Affiliate Marketing.

The curriculum emphasised real-world readiness, hands-on experiences, and personal development, with live coaching sessions led by Dene Botha, which played a pivotal role in fostering confidence and communication among the cohort.

The greatest improvement came in Affiliate Marketing (76.04%) and Freelancing (72.87%). These results demonstrate how much the participants benefited from the hands-on, practical focus of the programme, particularly in areas where they could apply strategies immediately. Both affiliate marketing and freelancing offer low-barrier-to-entry income streams, making them particularly appealing for young entrepreneurs just starting out. The substantial growth in manual skills (63.29%) and reselling (56.83%) further underscores the program's effectiveness in providing tangible, actionable skills.
