The excitement is building as we kick off Earniversity’s Fast Track Challenge #4 (FTC) – The popular 5-week programme designed to empower young people from across the UK with invaluable "Earnability Skills" for a prosperous future. With students from all walks of life joining us, the Fast Track Challenge brings together live and interactive learning led by Earniversity’s Head Coach, Dene Botha, and his team of expert coaches.

This is not your typical classroom experience – FTC #4 is set to be an absolute banger! The programme dives into five key money-earning skills and five essential impact skills, all focused on equipping students with practical abilities they can immediately put to use in real-world scenarios. Previous FTCs have already delivered incredible results, with graduates reaping the benefits in their personal and professional lives. The momentum is undeniable, and this round brings even more excitement as we introduce prizes and awards to recognise and reward outstanding student achievements.

About the Fast Track Challenge: Equipping Students for Success

Earniversity’s Fast Track Challenge is an intensive 5-week programme that draws participants from diverse backgrounds, uniting them in their ambition to learn and earn. This term’s programme boasts applications from an impressive array of institutions and councils, including York College, Essex County Council, HSDC South Downs, Nottingham Trent University, University of Huddersfield, Harris Westminster Sixth Form, Barnet Southgate College, and many more. These students are joining us with a shared determination to develop skills that will serve them well in any path they choose.

Prizes and Awards for FTC #4

To amplify the experience and reward students for their dedication, FTC #4 includes four prestigious awards:

  1. Top Achiever – Recognising the student who excels across all areas, displaying commitment, talent, and passion for learning.

  2. Best Final Project – Celebrating the creativity and innovation behind the top final project, showcasing what the student has learned throughout the programme.

  3. Highest Earner – Acknowledging the student who leverages their new skills most effectively to earn money during the challenge.

  4. Community Leader – Awarded to the student who contributes most positively to the FTC community, supporting and inspiring fellow participants.

These awards bring a fresh layer of motivation to the Fast Track Challenge, emphasising the programme's ethos of "reward-based learning." By recognising excellence and engagement, we’re encouraging students to push their limits, actively participate, and apply themselves fully to this transformative experience.

What to Expect: A Learning and Earning Journey

Throughout the programme, students will engage in live, interactive classes where they’ll dive into practical skills such as Content Creation, Reselling, Freelancing, Affiliate Marketing, and In-person Services. Alongside these money-earning skills, students will also work on critical impact skills that foster resilience, confidence, and leadership – qualities that will serve them for a lifetime.

The excitement of this term’s programme is amplified not only by the prizes and awards but by the vast network of students from all over the UK, including London, Redcar Cleveland, Manchester, Leeds, York, Edinburgh, Essex, Cambridge, Hampshire, Oxford, the Midlands and beyond – this truly is a nationwide movement in youth empowerment.
