North Essex, UK – The North Essex Economic Board (NEEB), in partnership with Earniversity, is thrilled to announce an innovative opportunity for young people across the region – the NEEB Fast Track Challenge. Running from March to May 2025, this life-changing programme offers up to 200 young people the chance to gain real-world earning skills, completely free of charge.
Empowering the Next Generation of Entrepreneurs
Designed to empower participants with practical knowledge and hands-on experience, the Fast Track Challenge provides young people with the tools to build, promote, and monetise their own digital businesses immediately.
The initiative aims to bridge the gap between learning and earning, equipping students with essential "Earnability Skills" that will set them up for long-term success.
What to Expect from the NEEB Fast Track Challenge
The six-week virtual programme, hosted in Earniversity’s cutting-edge Digital Academy, will deliver live and interactive coaching twice a week from 3 March to 10 April, every Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm to 7pm.
Participants will receive expert guidance from Earniversity Head Coach, Dene Botha and others, gaining practical skills in:
- Content Creation – Mastering platforms such as YouTube, blogs and podcasts.
- Reselling – Exploring various methods, including drop-shipping and online marketplaces.
- In-Person Services – Developing practical, face-to-face business skills.
- Freelancing – Learning how to offer services in design, writing and more.
- Affiliate Marketing – Leveraging partnerships to earn passive income.
- Public Speaking – Mastering the art of pitching and delivering impactful presentations.
- Plus: Success Mindset, Employability, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Confidence and Personal Branding.
Beyond gaining invaluable skills, participants will also receive:
- A certificate of completion
- Exclusive affiliate marketing opportunities
- Graduate employment opportunities
- Community support and expert guidance
- Invitation to an award ceremony, where prizes and trophies will be handed out
By the end of the programme, participants will not only have real, money-earning businesses but also gain lifelong skills to support their future success.
