Earniversity Celebrates the Completion of Its Most Successful Fast Track Challenge Yet

London, UK – December 2024 – Earniversity, the leading platform for equipping young people with real-world earning and employability skills, is delighted to announce the successful completion of its November/December 2024 Fast Track Challenge (FTC). This programme, Earniversity's most impactful to date, saw 44 ambitious young people from across the UK embark on a transformative journey, with an impressive 37 completing the challenge—an outstanding 84% completion rate.

The Fast Track Challenge is an intensive five-week programme designed to provide young people with practical earning and employability skills, also known as Earnability Skills. Participants master five key money-earning systems—Content Creation, Reselling, In-person Services, Freelancing, and Affiliate Marketing—while also developing vital soft skills such as confidence, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy.

 

 

About the Fast Track Challenge: Equipping Students for Success

Earniversity’s Fast Track Challenge is an intensive 5-week programme that draws participants from diverse backgrounds, uniting them in their ambition to learn and earn. This term’s programme boasts applications from an impressive array of institutions and councils, including York College, Essex County Council, HSDC South Downs, Nottingham Trent University, University of Huddersfield, Harris Westminster Sixth Form, Barnet Southgate College, and many more. These students are joining us with a shared determination to develop skills that will serve them well in any path they choose.
 

 

Celebrating Outstanding Achievements

This edition of the FTC introduced exciting new awards to recognise and celebrate exceptional student achievements, motivating participants to excel in their learning and earning journeys. Highlights include:

  • Top Achiever Award: Jamie King (Beauchamps High School), for excelling across all key areas, including community engagement and breakout room contributions.

  • Best Final Project Award: Nathan Everett (Fitzwimarc School), for his standout "Grow in Public" testimonial and exceptional application of learned skills.

  • Highest Earner Award: Salem Kayode (Sanders Draper School), recognised for his exceptional ability to monetise newly acquired skills and generate income during the programme.

  • Community Leader: Meghan Albrecht (Portsmouth Youth Cabinet / UNLOC), celebrated for her leadership, encouragement, and positivity within the online community.

  • Speciality Award - Breaking Boundaries : Alfie Spagnol (The Billericay School), recognised for his remarkable growth and transformation throughout the course.

These awards showcase the talent, commitment, and enthusiasm of the participants, as well as the programme's ability to deliver tangible, life-changing results.

 

Incredible Results and Ongoing Opportunities

Throughout the programme, students not only learned practical skills but applied them in real-world scenarios. Many participants launched their entrepreneurial journeys during the challenge, with affiliate marketing opportunities enabling immediate earning potential. Graduates leave with certificates of completion, a supportive community network, and access to further employment opportunities through Earniversity.
