What you need to know about the programme

Here are the details you need to know before you sign-up, including live coaching times and technical information:

  • The challenge starts with a first live session on the programme start date (normally a Tuesday at 5pm)
  • Before you start you will be sent a registration email with a full schedule and links to your coaching portal and workbook,
  • The live sessions are at 5pm (GMT) each Tuesday and Thursday of the 4-week challenge.
  • To access the live sessions , portal and workbook all you need is an up-to-date web browser and internet connection.
