Having been the Head of Product at an EdTech start-up and a digital lead for online brands, she combines a deep understanding of educational needs with digital innovation expertise. 

Chris brings over 30 years of industry experience, working across desktop and cloud technologies in both public and private sectors. A proven leader in crafting and implementing strategic technical goals, Chris focuses on enabling sustainable growth through innovation and robust technical foundations. With a deep understanding of complex systems and organisational needs, Chris excels at aligning technical strategy with business objectives, delivering scalable solutions that drive efficiency, adaptability, and long-term success.

Aaminah infuses projects with youthful energy and passion and is a student of design and innovation. With extensive tutoring experience, Aaminah is committed to inspiring future generations in the education sector. Joy is the Acting Vice Principal for Curriculum and Student Experience at York College. A passionate educator with extensive experience in the education sector, Joy holds a Doctorate in Education from the Queens University Belfast where her research explored assessment for learning and its potential for positive impact on learners from lower socio economic groups.

She is passionate about empowering young minds to achieve their full potential while earning as they learn. Additionally, Caitlin is a young entrepreneur who launched her own online business in December 2024.
